I grew up in New York. I went to Stony Brook University and graduated in 2011 with a degree in English. I like to read and write. I’m the Editor-in-Chief at The Washington Pastime. I make money by working as an office manager in a hospital. I’m a dog person.

Some of my favorite stories are works of speculative fiction: Harry Potter, His Dark Materials, Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Hobbit, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Inheritance Cycle, American Gods, The Magician, The Satanic Verses, The Faerie Queene and, Paradise Lost– all of these stories have all helped to influence my writing and my ideas about literature.
